This section provides information about logging in and authentication for cizucu. You can log in using your email address, Google account, or Apple ID. It also includes instructions for resetting your password and troubleshooting login issues.
Can’t Log In to cizucu
If you’re unable to log in to cizucu, review the possible causes below and follow the corresponding steps. If none apply, please contact our support team. Forgot Your Email Address If you’ve forgotten your registered email, you can’t log in with it. Try logging in via Apple ID or Google account if they’re linked to your cizucu account. Forgot Your Password If you’ve forgotten your password, please reset it. You’ll need access to the email address linked to your cizucu account. If you’re unable to log in to cizucu using your Apple ID or Google account, you may need to adjust your account settings. Follow the steps for your respective provider below. For Apple ID Login 1. Open your device Settings. 2. Go to Apple ID → Password & Security. 3. Under Apps Using Apple ID, confirm that cizucu is listed and active. For Google Account Login 1. Log in to the Google account linked to your cizucu account. 2. Ensure cizucu is authorized to access your Google account. 3. In the cizLink Your Apple ID or Google Account
If you registered your cizucu account using an email and password, you can later link it to your Apple ID or Google account for easier login. This feature is available only on the mobile app. Please download and log in to the cizucu app before proceeding. How to Link Your Account (Mobile App Only) 1. Open the cizucu app and log in to your account. 2. Tap the Portfolio tab. 3. Tap the ⋯ button in the top-right corner. 4. Tap Login Settings. 5. Under SNS Linking, check the account you wish to connChange Email Address Linked to Apple ID or Google Account
If you registered your cizucu account using Apple ID or Google account, it is currently not possible to change the linked email address. We are working on improving this feature, and appreciate your patience until the update becomes available.Change Registered Email Address
If you registered your cizucu account using Apple ID or Google account, you don’t have a password set—so you can’t currently change your email directly. Please contact our support team via chat or email for individual assistance. We’re working to make it possible for creators to update their email address themselves in future updates. If you registered your cizucu account using Apple ID or Google account, no password is set. If you’d like to set a password, please contact our support team for assistance. We’re currently working to make password management available directly within the app in future updates. Change Your Password Passwords must be at least 6 characters long and include both letters and numbers. Choose a strong password that’s difficult for others to guess. If you’ve logged in to the wrong account, please follow the steps below: 1. Contact Support — Include the email address used for login and the user ID of the account. 2. Log Out — Sign out of the current session before attempting to log in again. Our support team will help you confirm and restore access to the correct account.
