Can’t Log In to cizucu

If you’re unable to log in to cizucu, review the possible causes below and follow the corresponding steps. If none apply, please contact our support team. Can’t Log In with Apple ID or Google Account

If you’re unable to log in to cizucu using your Apple ID or Google account, you may need to adjust your account settings. Follow the steps for your respective provider below. For Apple ID Login 1. Link Your Apple ID or Google Account

If you registered your cizucu account using an email and password, you can later link it to your Apple ID or Google account for easier login. This feature is available only on the mobile app. Please download and log in to the cizucu app before proceeding. How to Link Your Account (Mobile App Only) 1. Change Email Address Linked to Apple ID or Google Account

If you registered your cizucu account using Apple ID or Google account, it is currently not possible to change the linked email address. We are working on improving this feature, and appreciate your patience until the update becomes available.

Change Registered Email Address

If you registered your cizucu account using Apple ID or Google account, you don’t have a password set—so you can’t currently change your email directly. Please contact our support team via chat or email for individual assistance. We’re working to make it possible for creators to update their email address themselves in future updates. Reset or Change Your Password

If you registered your cizucu account using Apple ID or Google account, no password is set. If you’d like to set a password, please contact our support team for assistance. We’re currently working to make password management available directly within the app in future updates. Logged In to the Wrong Account
