If you’re unable to log in to cizucu using your Apple ID or Google account, you may need to adjust your account settings.
Follow the steps for your respective provider below.
Open your device Settings.
Go to Apple ID → Password & Security.
Under Apps Using Apple ID, confirm that cizucu is listed and active.
Log in to the Google account linked to your cizucu account.
Ensure cizucu is authorized to access your Google account.
In the cizucu app, open Login Settings → SNS Authentication.
Check Google Account, and follow the on-screen instructions to reauthenticate.
