If you registered your cizucu account using Apple ID or Google account, no password is set. If you’d like to set a password, please contact our support team for assistance.
We’re currently working to make password management available directly within the app in future updates.
Passwords must be at least 6 characters long and include both letters and numbers. Choose a strong password that’s difficult for others to guess.
Open the cizucu app and log in.
Tap the Portfolio tab.
Tap the ⋯ icon (top right).
Tap Login Settings → Change Password.
Enter your current and new password, then tap Save Changes.
Log in to your cizucu account.
Go to Account Settings.
Scroll down to the Password section.
Enter a new password and click Save.
You can reset your password through both the mobile app and web app.
The reset link is valid for 1 hour.
Go to the Password Reset page.
Enter the email address linked to your cizucu account.
Click Send.
Follow the instructions in the password reset email to set a new password.
