How to Set a Handle ID
The Handle ID feature is currently available only on the mobile app. To set your Handle ID, please download the cizucu app, log in to your account, and follow the steps below. What Is a Handle ID? How to Check Your User ID
You can check the User ID linked to your logged-in account from the Account Settings page. Using the Mobile App (iOS / Android) 1. Open the cizucu app and log in to your account. 2. How to Delete Your Account
Deleting your cizucu account will permanently remove all associated data and cannot be undone. Before deleting your account, please ensure there are no remaining balances or pending transactions. If the deletion process fails, you may need to log in again before retrying. Using the Mobile App (iOS / Android) 1. Open the cizucu app and log in to the account you wish to delete. 2.
