Deleting your cizucu account will permanently remove all associated data and cannot be undone. Before deleting your account, please ensure there are no remaining balances or pending transactions.
If the deletion process fails, you may need to log in again before retrying.
Open the cizucu app and log in to the account you wish to delete.
Tap the Portfolio tab.
Tap the “...” icon in the top right corner.
Tap “Login Settings.”
Tap “Delete Account.”
Open cizucu in your browser and log in to the account you wish to delete.
Go to the Account Settings page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Delete Account.”

Registered email address
Username
Approximate date of registration
