The ability to view and approve join requests is available only on the mobile app. Please download the cizucu app, log in, and follow the steps below.
Only Circle administrators can approve or deny join requests.
Open the cizucu app and log in to your account.
Go to the detail page of the Circle you manage.
Tap the member icon list.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the “Pending Requests” section.
Follow the steps above to open the Pending Requests section.
To approve a request, tap the “✔︎” button.
To deny a request, tap the “×” button.
Once approved, the creator who submitted the join request will receive a notification and gain permission to post in the Circle.
